Once your order is completed, we will do our best to pack it as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 1–2 working days, and most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Our parcels are shipped via PostNL and DHL, so delivery times may vary depending on how busy they are.

Delivery details

• Orders of up to 3 pairs of socks are sent via regular mail and will fit through your letterbox, so you do not need to be at home to receive them.
  
• Orders of more than 3 pairs will be shipped as a parcel and delivered to your door. In that case, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.
  

Haven’t received your order after 3 working days?

If your order has not arrived after 3 working days, first check your letterbox, as smaller orders are delivered there. Still nothing?
