Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the item. For services (the MedSocks Subscription), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you purchased the service.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., by letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. When withdrawing from services, you are only required to pay any subscription fees proportionate to the service provided up to the moment of termination.
